I think I've had the most trips to Portland in the past two weeks than I have had in the past year! Today I went up to Portland with Karmen to pick up a table at Rose's Restaurant Supply for the Bakery. Grandma was nice enough to babysit and Dylan seemed happy to hang out over there today. Mike's been working overtime at night for his class, so it was nice of him to put Dylan to bed too.
I didn't take any pictures, but it was interesting to see all of the used equipment there is for sale. Most of it was in good shape, but some of it was pretty dirty... like a fryer that had old grease still dripping down the sides. ew!
The bakery's having a meeting tomorrow evening, so I'll be preparing a little presentation about the financials for that. Should be interesting.... Also, it's a pot-luck, so I'll be thinking of something to make.... hmmm....
